Returns Policy

You may return or exchange items subject to meeting the following conditions:

  • You must request your return/ exchange within 7 days from the delivery of your order. Returns or exchanges requested after 7 days of delivery of your order will not be accepted.
  • All returns will be against store credits. The store credits have a validity of 6 months and can be used across Sway, including on sale items.
  • For returns and exchanges to be accepted, items must be unused, unsoiled, unwashed, undamaged in any way, and with all original tags and product packaging and sanitary stickers and in place.
  • Exchanges will only be made once, for a different size of the same garment. For new items, please return the item for store credit and utilize the same for purchasing the new item.
  • Exchanges will be subject to size availability. In order to ensure that the size for which you wish to exchange is available, please confirm in writing with us before you ship out the item(s) so that we may reserve the same for you. Else you risk the item being sold out. More details are listed below on the exchange process.
  • Please email us at once at returns@theswaylife.com if any of your items have been delivered without tags or sanitary labels in place or/ and if your product has a manufacturing defect.
  • Certain sale items or intimate wear may not be eligible for returns. Items eligible for returns and exchanges will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Gift cards are not returnable.

Returns & Exchanges Process

Please follow the below steps for an easy and hassle free 3 step returns experience

  • Step 1: Write to us at returns@theswaylife.com clearly mentioning your order number, name, phone number, items you wish to return, reason for return and pick up address. In the event of exchange, please mention the size you would like to exchange for. We may be unable to accept your request unless all this information is provided.
  • Step 2: Once your returns/ exchange request has been received, we shall confirm over email that you may send the item(s) back to us. Once you receive this email, please arrange to ship us the item(s) at your own cost. Share tracking details of the shipment so we can keep an eye out. You will be fully and solely responsible for the item(s) till they reach us.
  • Step 3: Once we receive the item(s) and they are approved for return, you will receive store credit in your Sway account. If you have requested for an exchange, the new product, subject to availability, will be shipped after payment of the applicable shipping charge. If the product is unavailable, we can either issue a store credit or return the item to you at your shipping cost. Please note that your required size in an exchange might get sold out when your item(s) are still in transit to us. To ensure this does not happen, please write to us in advance, as indicated in 1. above, so that we may reserve your requested size for the exchange.
  • Please email us at once at returns@theswaylife.com if any of your items have been delivered without tags or sanitary labels in place or/ and if your product has a manufacturing defect.

Returns that include any items ineligible for return or exchange, or those that do not have required tags, labels, packaging and/ or sanitary stickers or are damaged or soiled in any way, will not be accepted. Such items will be returned to the customer at customer’s cost; in the event of non payment of delivery charges by customer, the item will be retained with us and credit/ exchange will be refused.

Please allow 5-10 working days for examination of the returned item(s) before credit/ exchange can be issued.
